The New Hampshire Career Development Curriculum Framework

The K-12 Career Development Curriculum Framework was developed over a two year period, utilizing a committee of over 50 educators, school counselors, administrators, business representatives, parents and students to best represent career development expectations for New Hampshire students. The framework was also reviewed by a number of educational groups, and other stakeholders, including the NH State Board of Education. The framework has three sections:

  • Core Educational Learning
  • Individual/Social Learning
  • Career Learning

The standards in the Career Development Framework align with national career guidance and school counseling standards.

The K-12 Career Development Framework is available from the NHEIAP office at (603) 271-3194 and can be download in its entirety from General and Background Information Microsoft Word Symbol.
