Continental Breakfast starts at 8:15 am. Program begins at 9 am. Please join us as we recognize ten outstanding employers at the Sixth Annual Statewide Employer Recognition Ceremony.

The Employment Leadership Award and the Employment Leadership – Top Business Honoree Award are presented each year to New Hampshire employers who recognize the skills and contributions that people with disabilities bring to the workforce and who have adopted inclusive policies and hiring practices that allow people with disabilities to fairly compete for employment.

This year’s award recipients represent a wide range of New Hampshire employers from privately owned small businesses, to industries representing manufacturing, restaurant & hospitality, education, healthcare, pet care, and insurance. Please join us on October 16, 2014 as we present North American Equipment Upfitters – Hooksett, Portsmouth Regional Hospital – Portsmouth, Sponge Jet – Newington, Texas Roadhouse – Nashua, and University of New Hampshire & UNH Dining Services with the 2014 Employment Leadership Award and Fur-N-Feathers Pet Spa – Litchfield, Constantly Pizza – Concord, Airport Café – North Hampton, Chartwells at New England College – Henniker, Eaton Berube Insurance – Nashua & Milford with the 2014 Employment Leadership – Top Business Honoree award.

Each of these New Hampshire Businesses makes recruiting, hiring, retaining and promoting people with disabilities a top priority. We are fortunate to have each of them in our communities and grateful for their efforts to create opportunities that assist people with disabilities in obtaining competitive integrated employment.

The 2014 Employment Leadership Award winners are currently being featured in a special section appearing in the September 2014 issue of Business NH Magazine and will be formally recognized at the Sixth Annual State-wide Employer Recognition Ceremony.
