Users can be given access to Performance Plus via the myNHDOE security. I4see coordinators have the ability to give out this access. See the i4see home page (TIPs section, see link below) to learn who your i4see representative is and for the i4see Coordinator to understand how to give out this access.
When giving rights to a user to Performance Plus, there are five types of access to the tools:
Users who are set-up with this role will only be able to access students who are in the user's courses. The courses must be submitted to the DOE via the i4see system. When setting up these users, the SAU, District and, if wanted, School(s) are entered for the user, but regardless, he/she will only see students in their classes. If no course/class records have been submitted in i4see for this type of user, then he/she will not see any records in Performance Plus.
This user has the same access as Class Level users, but can also add and edit assessments. Some districts may not want their individual teachers creating their own assessments, while others may.
These users will have access to all students in the given SAU, District or School. When setting up this user, if you only enter an SAU, then he/she will see all students in the SAU. If entering a district, then the user is limited to all students in the given districts and the same is true for schools. The user will also be able to look at given classes, but class records are not required for this user type.
This user type provides access to the same set of students as described in "School, Dist or SAU user". The only difference is that this user also will have access to the Free & Reduced Student Filter and the Homeless Student Filter. This role must be given only to individuals who should have access to this type of sensitive data.
If you need access to Performance Plus as well as other applications such as i4see, Career and Tech Ed, ESOL, etc. then contact your i4see Coordinator. A list of i4see Coordinators can be found under Tip Documents.
