Performance Tracker


Performance Tracker is an assessment reporting tool that has been available for NH educators since Fall 2007. School administrators, district data teams and educators have been using the reports in Tracker to identify curriculum standards that need more focus by grade level, class and individual student.

Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) Webinar
P+ now includes a new system that allows your district to build learning plans for individual students that will create more self-directed learners and increased accountability. The ILP module gives districts the opportunity to build a learning plan that is specific to each student’s strengths and weaknesses as well as his/her long-term goals. Designed to give teachers and parents a better understanding of a student’s development and learning.
