This page is currently being updated with the 2016-2017 school year information.

2016 -2017 Decision Making Worksheet - Participation of Students with Disabilities in Statewide Assessment Acrobat Reader

The Dynamic Learning Maps™ Alternate Assessment System (DLM™) is an instructionally relevant system that supports student learning and measures what students with significant cognitive disabilities know and can do. The system uses the DLM Essential Elements to support the design of individualized experiences for each student by presenting questions and tasks that are appropriate for a student’s needs and abilities.

NH will continue utilizing the current Science ALPs Assessment with Measured Progress (grades 4, 8, and 11) until which time a new alternate assessment for science is available and/or becomes necessary.
