Waiver for the Extension of the Use of FY 2009 Funding

The New Hampshire Department of Education is planning to apply for a specific waiver recently offered by the US Department of Education. As part of the waiver request process, we are required to post and distribute information regarding the waiver to allow for sub-recipient (district, program or agency) comments. All comments will be included in our submission to the US Department of Education.

• Title IV-B
• Title V
• Title VI REAP
• Title X Part C Homeless Children and Youth

Certain programs serve general populations, while others are designed to serve children, youth, and families with specific educational needs, such as disadvantaged, neglected and delinquent, migrant, homeless, and non-English speaking children.
