If you identify that district(s) or school(s) in your SAU did not make AYP, there is a process through which this determination may be appealed. The appeal process commenced on August 29, 2007. The Department will be providing a technical assistance workshop for the appeal process on September 12, 2007, from 1:00-4:00 p.m., in Room 15 at the Department's offices, 101 Pleasant Street, Concord.
Please contact Carol Angowski at Carol.Angowski@doe.nh.gov or (603) 271-8392 to identify individuals who will attend the Appeal TA Workshop on September 12th.
