New Hampshire Annual State Application Under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act as Amended in 2005 for Federal Fiscal Year 2016

The New Hampshire State Application is published to provide opportunities for participation by local agencies, representatives of the class of individuals affected by this program and other interested parties, in the planning for the operation of this program.

New Hampshire Rules for the Education of Children with Disabilities

The Bureau of Special Education hosted meetings regarding the re-adoption, with amendments, of the New Hampshire Rules for the Education of Children with Disabilities. The Rules were amended on June 30, 2008 and they expire on June 30, 3016. The final date of submission for input is Thursday, October 15, 2015. Please submit your written input to Bridget.Brown@doe.nh.gov. Please write “NH Rules Input” in the subject line.
