The New Hampshire Department of Education (NHDOE), Bureau of Special Education Application for Federal Funding for FFY 2013 was available for a review period of March 2, 2013 through May 1, 2013; which included a 60 day review period and a 30 day public comment period of March 2, 2013 through April 1, 2013.

New Hampshire Determination Letter

The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) has determined that New Hampshire needs assistance in implementing the requirements of Part B of IDEA. OSEP's determination is based on the totality of the State's data and information including the State's FFY 2010 Annual Performance Report (APR) and revised State Performance Plan (SPP) (including targets and improvement activities for each year through FFY 2012), other State-reported data, and other publicly available information.
