New Hampshire Rules for the Education of Children with Disabilities

The Bureau of Special Education will be hosting meetings regarding the re-adoption, with amendments, of the New Hampshire Rules for the Education of Children with Disabilities. The Rules were amended on June 30, 2008 and they expire on June 30, 3016.

Youth Mental Health First Aid Training
sponsored by the NH Department of Education, Office of Student Wellness

Youth Mental Health First Aid USA is an 8-hour program which introduces participants to the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents. It builds understanding of the importance of early intervention and teaches individuals to help an adolescent in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge.

FFY2013 New Hampshire Determination Letter

The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) has determined that New Hampshire meets the requirements of
Part B of the IDEA. OSEP's determination is based on the totality of the State's data and information, including the State's FFY 2013 Part B State Performance Plan (SPP)/Annual Performance Report (APR).
