Annual State Application under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
as Amended in 2004 for Federal Fiscal Year 2014

The New Hampshire Department of Education (NHDOE), Bureau of Special Education Application for Federal Funding FFY 2014 is available for review. The review period of March 4, 2014 through May 2, 2014; includes the 60 day review period and a 30 day public comment period of March 4, 2014 through April 7, 2014. Public comment shall be submitted to Barbara Raymond, NH Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education, 101 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301 or Barbara.Raymond@doe.nh.gov.

New Hampshire Determination Letter

The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) has determined that New Hampshire meets the requirements of Part B of the IDEA. OESP's determination is based on the totality of the State's data and information, including the State's FFY 2011 Annual Performance Plan (APR) and revised State Performance Plan (SPP), other State-reported data, and other publicly available information.

OSEP's determination is based on the totality of the State's data and information including the State's FFY 2010 Annual Performance Report (APR) and revised State Performance Plan (SPP) (including targets and improvement activities for each year through FFY 2012), other State-reported data, and other publicly available information.
