

Purpose
To assess the current level of expertise among early childhood education professionals in the areas of PBIS and Emergent Literacy at the pre- and in-service levels; to identify the practitioners and settings for early childhood education and early childhood special education in New Hampshire; to develop and oversee the delivery of high-quality PBIS and Emergent Literacy training and practice for ECE providers, to examine current policies and standards in the areas of positive behavior support and emergent literacy at the NH DOE; and to ensure that preschoolers with disabilities are afforded the same learning opportunities in Emergent Literacy as their non-disabled peers. Meet quarterly as needed.
