Precision Exams: Student List template Precision Exams: Student List template, Excel

  • A list of students who will be taking a Precision Exam assessment should be provided to the Bureau each school year using this template.
  • Return the completed template to Melissa Gilman at Melissa.Gilman@doe.nh.gov at least two weeks prior to when the assessment(s) will be proctored to students.
  • Centers will be provided with unique student IDs for these students after the list has been received by the Bureau. These unique student IDs will be used by students to log-in to the Precision Exams system.

Precision Exams: Proctor List template Precision Exams: Proctor List template, Excel

  • A list of school faculty or staff who will be proctoring one or more Precision Exams assessment(s) to students should be provided to the Bureau each school year using this template.
  • Return the completed template to Melissa Gilman at Melissa.Gilman@doe.nh.gov at least two weeks prior to when the faculty or staff member(s) will be proctoring the assessment(s) to students.
  • Centers will be provided with unique Employee IDs for proctors after the list has been received by the Bureau. These employee IDs will be what proctors will use to log-in to the Precision Exams system.
  • Employee IDs will remain the same from year to year, but a list of all proctors should be provided to the Bureau every year to ensure that all new proctors are provided with an ID and any proctors who have left a district between school years are removed from being able to view that district's data.
  • Teachers MAY proctor Precision Exams assessments to their own students.
    • Only Health Professions programs that use the NCHSE Health Science Exam (which is hosted by Precision Exams but was not created by them) MUST be proctored by an individual unaffiliated with the program.

  • A list of school faculty or staff who require access to a center's Precision Exams data should be provided to the Bureau each school year using this template.
  • Admin users are able to see all Precision Exams data within their school. Directors, Administrative Assistants, Data Entry personnel, and others who require access to Precision Exams data for reporting or other work-related purposes should be included in this list.
  • Proctors who are also Administrative Users should be included in both the Proctor and Administrative User lists.
  • Return the completed template to Melissa Gilman at Melissa.Gilman@doe.nh.gov at the beginning of the school year, and no later than November 1.
  • Centers will be provided with unique Employee IDs for Administrative Users after the list has been received by the Bureau. These employee IDs will be what Administrative Users will use to log-in to the Precision Exams system.
  • Employee IDs will remain the same from year to year, but a list of all Administrative Users should be provided to the Bureau every year to ensure that all new Administrative Users are provided with an ID and any Administrative Users who have left a district between school years are removed from being able to view that district's data.
