If a candidate was newly hired or given a new assignment (from 12/5/2016 to 12/12/2017) under an SOE with an endorsement area that has been removed and needs a competency assessment sheet, first check the Alternative 5 Plan Materials page to see if the competency assessment sheet is located there. If not, please contact to request a copy. All other competency assessment sheets for endorsements currently available under Alternative 4 are listed below.
