2011 New Hampshire State and Regional Health Profiles

This NH Division of Public Health Services web site has 2 reports that provide health data about New Hampshire. The 2011 New Hampshire State Health Profile Report Acrobat Reader highlights 38 indicators to describe the health of people in New Hampshire. The 2011 Snapshot of New Hampshire's Public Health Regions, Counties, and the Cities of Manchester and Nashua Acrobat Reader is a companion document to the New Hampshire State Health Profile Report and provides profiles of New Hampshire's regions. It highlights 30 indicators selected to best describe the health of people in New Hampshire Communities.
