Edelblut statement on Nashua vandalism

CONCORD- Education Commissioner Frank Edelblut issued the following statement concerning vandalism at Nashua High School North:

“New Hampshire students learn that we are all created equal, that our governments are responsible to their citizens, and that every American has a right to speak out. The hateful vandalism in Nashua is against every lesson of American civic engagement. I applaud Superintendent Mosely for his principled stance against vandalism, and for using this regrettable incident not for division, but for education on the importance equality, accountability, and non-violence.”
