General Assurances
The New Hampshire Department of Education (NHDOE) has developed General Assurances, Requirements and Definitions for Participation in Federal Programs document that must be signed by all agencies and organizations that receive federal funds through the NHDOE.
The New Hampshire Department of Education (NHED) has developed General Assurances, Requirements and Definitions for Participation in Federal Programs document that must be signed by all agencies and organizations that receive federal funds through the NHDOE. The federally funded education programs which flow money through the NHDOE require each applicant to file certain assurances. Some of these assurances apply to all programs and are therefore, considered "general assurances."
