Kate Cassady is Executive Director of Allstaff Corporation, a personnel staffing and recruiting firm located in Rye, NH with offices in Littleton and Laconia, NH and was awarded Business Leader of the Year 2016. She is a Certified Career Counselor specializing in Human Resource and HR Management. Over her 35 years she has helped local and regional businesses hire over 20,000 employees, from Executive Managers, Engineers, Administration and Medical employees and Manufacturing and Production Specialists.

Kate served on the Town of Littleton Citizen Advisory Board during a period of unprecedented economic growth, was President of the North Country Human Resource Association furthering the HR education of local/regional HR Managers to help improve the businesses they represented, was a regional Board Member of Child and Family Services, a statewide non-profit organization providing support systems to the neediest individuals in our region.

While all the above informs Kate Cassady’s commitment and enthusiasm to service, her passion to helping those in need has certainly been as a Founding Board Member, 7 year Chairperson, and 6 year Treasurer/Secretary of the North Country Charter Academy. This institution, under her leadership for most of its tenure, with a dedicated Board of educators and committed Staff, has grown from a small start-up concerned with helping high school drop-outs succeed in their educational pursuits to graduating over 400 at-risk students in the past 12 twelve years, over 80% of whom go on to further education in pursuit of their dreams. As a result, high school dropouts in Northern New Hampshire were decreased by 74% and remain the lowest in the state. It has been lauded as the very best in the state, our region and nationally as a unique and very successful educational approach. At its tenth anniversary celebration, Governor Hassan and Commissioner of Education Dr. Virginia Barry recognized Kate as instrumental to that success.
