Today, more and more businesses are recognizing the value of a diverse workforce inclusive of people with disabilities, who—by nature of their everyday experiences—often offer fresh perspectives on how to solve problems and achieve success. This innovative thinking can help organizations gain a competitive edge and insight into an important and expanding customer base.

If you’re a business owner, human resources professional, manager, or someone else with hiring responsibilities, VR New Hampshire can help you source candidates and build a more diverse, inclusive workforce to meet your business goals.

All candidates are prescreened, and we can even assist in providing training to individuals or groups of job seekers to meet your specific skill needs. We can also provide support to individuals with disabilities once on the job, or to help you retain the talents of existing employees who acquire a disability due to injury, illness, or aging.
