Rules adopted by the State Board of Education in accordance with RSA 541-A:14. Rules posted here have been adopted and are in effect as noted, but have not yet been certified. Until they are certified and posted on the Office of Legislative Services (OLS) Administrative Rules website (link below), the adopted rules are the official version of the rules in effect.
