Assessment and Accountability Database Manager Close Date 5/1/25

To act as application development specialist with respect to application and database design for assessment and accountability functions; performs analysis, design, and translation of programming functions into information systems solutions to support assessment and accountability programs, systems, and data collection.

To administer programs, policies, and procedures related to non-public schools, home education, innovation schools, Learn Everywhere, and other innovative educational pathways within the Bureau of Educational Opportunities.

Bureau Administrator of Education Program Approval Close Date 5/1/25

To administer the Department of Education’s Bureau of Educational Opportunities objectives by authorizing and implementing program approval requirements for public schools, nonpublic schools, chartered public schools, home education, innovation schools and innovation zones, learn everywhere programs, education freedom accounts, and other educational pathways as established in state legislation.

Plans, develops and administers business management programs including financial management and budgetary planning and analysis for assigned programs within the Department. Works within the Office of Business Management (OBM) and serves as the main point of contact between OBM and assigned Divisions Directors and Program Administrators.
