Policy and Management Advisor Close Date 9/17/21  To support the Division Director in implementing and maintaining the policy and management objectives for the Division of Learner Support and its Bureaus, including: instructional support, assessment, ESEA and COVID-19 response and recovery programs, special education, student wellness, nutrition, career development, and adult education. Conduct research and review of relevant federal and state statute, regulations, and policies. Help manage progress towards the long- and short-term organizational goals of the Division and its Bureaus, including by managing documentation supporting program maintenance, evaluation and planning of operations and finances. Provide administrative support to the Division Director.

Rehabilitation Counselor III (Portsmouth) Close Date 9/17/21 To provide casework supervision, support and technical assistance to subordinate Rehabilitation Counselors within a Regional Office.

Accountant II Close Date 9/21/21  To analyze financial and accounting data on various complex federal ledgers; oversee revenue collection and review agency fiscal services and controls as they relate to the fiscal management of federal programs.

North Country Student Wellness Coordinator Close Date 9/21/21 To plan, coordinate, monitor and support the implementation of student wellness programs by providing technical assistance and consulting services to local school districts and partnering agencies as a member of the Bureau of Student Wellness.

Accounting Technician Close Date 9/27/21  Provides support to the Office of Business Management (OBM) by auditing and processing invoices, verifying data, generating reports and various other accounting duties.

Rehabilitation Technician Close Date 9/29/21 To assist disabled clients and/or applicants of a Vocational Rehabilitation Office in following policies and procedures in order to receive services as outlined in their vocational plans for the purpose of maximizing employment potential and personal independence.

Administrative Assistant II Close Date 10/6/21 To develop and monitor administrative and office management procedures of the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, and coordinate activities between this office and the Office of the Commissioner and other Divisions of the Department.

Learning Management System Coordinator Close Date 10/7/21 Oversees training needs for department and the field.  Plans, coordinate and monitors Learning Management System.  This is a grant funded position and is subject to renew every 2 years.
