Evaluates and supports work procedures and  plans the development and modification projects  corresponding to grants used to relieve Coronavirus-induced burdens in public and non-public schools.  Provides technical assistance and monitoring to local school districts and community based organizations when implementing these programs. Within the Department of Education, Division of Career Technology & Adult Learning, Bureau of Disability Determination Service, trainee learns and applies the policies and practices to develop, review, analyze, and evaluate medical and non-medical technical data for applications for federal Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income; and prepares determinations of entitlement in accordance with Titles II and XVI of the federal Social Security Act. Caseload assignment will be limited by claim type and number of claims assigned at the trainee level and will increase from partial to full case assignment by the completion of the training period.
