The Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) is a member-based, nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance the bioeconomy of the United States. The institute’s work will positively impact not only manufacturing but also healthcare and education & workforce development for the nation. ARMI | BioFabUSA is working to close the educational skills gaps in tissue engineering and organ manufacturing through accessible education and training opportunities. BioTrek, a program of BioFabUSA, is a project-based learning program designed to provide students with a foundational understanding of biofabrication as an industry with unlimited career opportunity. ARMI has been approved to issue certificates for credit through VLACS for their ARMI | BioFab Micro-Internship program, which can be applied as Open Elective credit toward meeting high school graduation requirements.

Since 1966, BBBSNH has been changing lives - one friendship at a time. Mentoring gives youth the inspiration and confidence needed to achieve their dreams, provides parents with a network of support, and offers volunteers the opportunity to make a big difference in someone else's life, just by having fun! BBBSNH’s goal is to get more youth connected with empowering mentors. BBBSNH has developed programs to reach as many of New Hampshire’s youth as possible and connect volunteers with children in a way that is safe, effective and fun for both our Littles and our Bigs. Mentor 2.0 is a program that incoming high school students can sign up. M2.0 is a technology-enhanced, one-to-one mentoring program that discusses important topics such as professionalism, perseverance, self-advocacy, college financial aid, and career choices through a digital app and monthly in-person meetings with an assigned Mentor. This program is approved to offer certificates for up to two credits as an Open Elective in Mentoring over a four-year period to be applied toward high school graduation. Currently, the Mentoring program is only available to high school students in the Manchester School District. However, BBBSNH is working to expand this opportunity to other School Districts in the near future.

The Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley (BGCSV) purpose is to provide a safe space to learn and grow after the school day ends - all while having fun. BGCSV sees themselves as a welcoming place for kids of all ages and backgrounds to come play, be themselves, and become amazing adults; many of their members see BGCSV as a second home. The theater program provides one of those safe, welcoming places. The purpose of all BGCSV activities tie directly to the organization’s mission, whether that activity be kickball, cooking, or theater arts. That mission statement reads: To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to be great today and reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens tomorrow. BGCSV received approval to issue certificates for credit to be applied toward high school graduation in Recording Studio Engineer, Microphone Technician, Sound Engineer, Stage Management, and Lighting Board Operator as open electives.

The mission of EnCube Labs is to nurture a million innovators and entrepreneurs globally from underserved communities. EnCube Labs was founded on the belief that human potential is equally distributed globally, but access to learning and opportunities is not. We believe that the fastest way of deep learning is by applying acquired knowledge through hands-on, project-based learning. This study is based on 10 years of research by Rajesh Nair at MIT, and the Asia School of Business (started by MIT in Malaysia) conducted more than 100 workshops in seven countries. EnCube Labs, LLC is approved to offer two online courses, Zero2Maker and Zero2Entrepreneur, each of which will be awarded a certificate for Open Elective high school credit.
Zero2Maker: Hands-on course in product design that includes ideation, mechanical design, CAD, circuit design, coding, fabrication, and presentation. The students will receive personal maker kits with materials and tools for creating several electromechanical products and creating a portfolio of their designs for college admission or summer jobs.
Zero2Entrepreneur: This course follows the Zero2Maker course with experiential learning in empathy-based problem finding, solution creation, business model creation, and business pitching. Students will go through multiple projects to understand how to identify opportunities and capture value through business ventures.

FitMoney provides free, unbiased financial literacy programs to empower all K-12 students with critical life skills for a financially fit future. Research shows financial habits to be set by age 7, and FitMoney is the only nonprofit providing free and accessible tools for students, educators, and caregivers with the tools they need before these habits are formed. FitMoney's instructor-led and digital programming encourages learning in and outside the classroom to meet students and teachers where they are. By building financially fit communities, they empower students everywhere towards understanding pivotal concepts such as loans, saving for college, insurance, payment apps, banks, investing, credit cards, and much more. FitMoney offers a 0.25 credit Financial Literacy Certificate via the FitMoney FinanciallyFit Certificate, available to students grades 8-12. This self-directed course is available completely online and for free directly from the FitMoney website.

Friends Forever International

Friends Forever International (FFI) is a nonprofit in Durham, NH, focused on building empathetic leaders equipped to improve themselves and in turn, their communities. FFI offers courses in eight different content areas that are underpinned by the FFI RECIPE integrating values of Resilience, Empathy, Communication, Impact, Playfulness, and Effort. FFI offers a comprehensive selection of educational courses, each offering students the opportunity to develop their motivation, knowledge, skills through experiential learning and application while gaining high school credit. Courses consist of lessons, tangible experiences, and assessments all being underpinned by their unique Individualized Leadership Plans (ILP). These programs are designed to uniquely benefit each individual participant and the collective group in tandem while advancing their knowledge. Students who successfully complete all requirements are eligible for a certificate in the course. Students can enroll in a variety of offered programs that may offer one or multiple courses. Our purpose in offering Credit Bearing Programs to New Hampshire based students is to provide the authentic and challenging experiences we have been designing since 1986 globally to make it accessible to students locally. This can be done through partner schools and organizations where a program can be developed and carried out based on their specific needs. This can also be done through open enrollment programs which are offered at 100% scholarship regardless of financial need. As our commitment to diversity and equity, we want to ensure we are making programming possible and accessible to families and students.

izzit.org mission is to present and explore moral and social choices for living flourishing lives. izzit.org is a non-profit that has provided high-quality educational resources at no-cost to educators for 15 years to develop critical thinking.
Our library consists of video-based material that supplements specific topics in multiple subjects aligned with state and national standards, including teacher guides, activities, automatically graded quizzes, weekday current event articles.
izzit.org has been approved to provide students who wish to earn high school civics credits to either fulfill or supplement their school’s course offerings. The Civics Fundamentals course provided by izzit.org will satisfy the New Hampshire required ½ credit civics requirement and plans on accepting applications in 2022.

The mission of the Nashua Community Music School (NCMS) is to create innovative music programming that is accessible to all. NCMS envisions a world where music builds community, ignites social change, and inspires artistic expression. Over 500 people each week participate in private music lessons, group classes, ensembles, Music Therapy, summer camps, or music outreach programs. NCMS is the only music school in Greater Nashua that customizes programming to address city-wide problems and meets students where they are physically, mentally, musically, and emotionally. NCMS listens to what our community needs and uses music as a powerful tool to respond. NCMS has been approved by the State Board of Education to issue certificates for credit for their Music Recording I and II courses to be applied toward meeting high school graduation requirements in Art Education through the Learn Everywhere Program.

Strive2Write’s (S2W’s) mission is to teach students applicable skills and strategies for reading comprehension and writing composition, fostering confident leaders of the 21st Century. The S2W learning platform is designed to help students in grades 3-12 make a strong reading and writing connection, which research has proven to be one of the more effective approaches for literacy education. The Strive2Write learning platform consists of pre-recorded video lessons, resources, and writing templates, offering unique opportunities for students to work at their individual level, gradually becoming independent in reading comprehension and writing composition. The learning platform is differentiated, aligns to the New Hampshire College and Career Readiness Standards and is also competency based. S2W has been approved to issue certificates for credit in Narrative Reading and Writing, Argument Reading and Writing, Informational Reading and Writing, and Creative Expressions to be applied toward meeting high school graduation requirements in English.

WinnAero ACE Academies are co-sponsored by WinnAero, Laconia Airport Authority and the FAA. The purpose of WinnAero is to make students aware of the variety of careers available in the aerospace industry. These activities can only be made possible with strong support and encouragement from the aerospace community throughout New Hampshire. When students hear the words “Aviation and Aerospace” they think of pilots and astronauts. However, the fields of Aviation and Aerospace include hundreds of careers beginning on the surface of the Earth, extending into the atmosphere and reaching through the solar system to the edge of the universe. WinnAero has received approval to issue certificates for credit toward high school graduation in Aerospace Engineering/ Manufacturing, Drone/UAS Academy, and Systems Tool Kit, and High Altitude Effects on the Human Body as open electives.

XR Foundations Academy is an online course that prepares students with skills to begin creating meaningful VR and AR experiences for themselves and their communities. This immersive course teaches the core concepts of AR development and is a hands-on, scalable solution for high school students to gain real experience in VR/AR development and design. By the end of the course, students will have created a working AR experience that they can share with friends and family and will have developed a foundation for further study in XR development. This program is approved to offer a certificate for one-half credit as an Open Elective in Computer Science to be applied toward high school graduation. XR Terra (a subsidiary of The Glimpse Group, NASDAQ: VRAR) is a leader in Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) training and professional upskilling. In close collaboration with XR experts, we provide market-driven programs to students in various stages of their AR/VR journey as they delve further into the XR Industry.
