Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment

Public notice by the NH Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education Support for federal funds to plan for and provide services to students with disabilities as provided under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act as amended in 2004 for Federal Fiscal Year 2024, is provided for the period March 22, 2024, through May 21, 2024.

FFY 2021 New Hampshire Determination Letter (issued in 2023)

The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) has made the determination that New Hampshire needs assistance based on the data to them for Part B of the IDEA. OSEP's determination is based on the totality of the State's data and information, including the Federal fiscal year (FFY 2021) State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR), other State-reported data, and other publicly available information.
