Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment

Public notice by the NH Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education for federal funds to plan for and provide services to students with disabilities as provided under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act as amended in 2004 for Federal Fiscal Year 2022, is provided for the period March 24, 2023, through May 23, 2023.

FFY 2018 New Hampshire Determination Letter

The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) has determined that New Hampshire meets the requirement of Part B of the IDEA. OSEP's determination is based on the totality of the State's data and information, including the Federal fiscal year (FFY 2016 State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR), other State-reported data, and other publicly available information.
