NSAC Administrative Rules

Administrative rules implement state statutes, and govern the operation of state agencies. The powers and duties of the Nonpublic Advisory Council include applying statute or administrative rule in reviewing and recognizing a program approval agency and investigating and representing nonpublic schools in grievances related to the approval of nonpublic schools.
