Building Aid Distribution 

District aid entitlement along with October and April payments are reported. See RSA 198:15 for legislation which describes the calculation and distribution of aid.

Allocation for Special Education ADM

To assist districts in complying with RSA 32:11-a, accounting for revenues, in their annual school district report, that off-set expenditures for Special Education programs and services.

Special Education Aid

By district, the number of students and cost eligible for 80% funding, and the number of students and cost eligible for 100% funding. Also reported is full entitlement for the year. See RSA 186-C:18 for legislation which describes the calculation and distribution of aid.

Charter School Aid

Charter School Per Pupil Aid is base on Average Daily Membership in Attendance. See RSA 194-B:11 for legislation that describes the calculation and distribution of aid.

Kindergarten Aid

By municipality, the aid to school districts operating full day public kindergarten programs. See RSA 198:48-c for legislation describing the calculation and distribution of aid.

Tuition and Transportation Aid

District reimbursement for Career and Technical Education tuition and transportation is reported. See RSA 188-E:7 through 9 for legislation which describes the calculation and distribution of aid. Also included are the tuition and transportation district totals for Alternative Education.

Education Freedom Accounts

The calculation of the Education Freedom Accounts pursuant to RSA 194 F:2, I. The data is categorized by municipality where the EFA student resides.

Phase Out Grants

Calculation of disbursement amounts provided to the districts as phase out grants pursuant to RSA 194 F:10.

State Adequate Education Aid

Charter School Lease Aid

Charter School Lease Aid shall be 30% of the eligible amount, up to a maximum amount of $50,000, whichever is less. If the lease aid appropriation does not fully cover the requested amount, aid is prorated among the eligible chartered public schools that applied.
